Do y'all even know the meaning of concept? This is aesthetic not concept. In the general world, Concept means the theme of a body of work But in kpop, concept is only the visual, aesthetic and outfits. There are some exceptions like Gidle and BTS. For eg, the concept of bts's school trilogy is school not because they are wearing school uniforms but because they are singing about the education system in sk and the pressure k-students go through also how students experience romantic relationship. It is rare to see a k-pop group explain the concept of the album because there is usually nothing to explain or they are so detached from their own project that they don't even know what they are singing about. When k-pop singer's are actually connect to their songs they are not scared to explain but rather excited to talk about their concept like bts and Gidle. They can explain about their concept for hours cause they are connected with it

Blinks dont understand that just because Blackpink had more opportunities than otger groups, doesnt mean they are the best. An opportunity can be given to anyone, plus dont forget who their label is, and the type of connections they have inside and outside of South Korea. Blackpink are the product of a good and well-thought marketing strategy. They did things at the right place, right time. When they blew up in 2019, the only other kpop group was big and even bigger than them were BTS, so they took advantage of that and started being compared to them and even being called "the female version of bts" even though they dont come close to them in term of performance, songs, choreography, vocals or even passion. The only thing that they have in common with bts is them being viewed as "Korean sensations". People were like "since bts is the biggest kpop boygroup than it must mean that BP are the biggest kpop girlgroup" amd they went with that title for years on and even their writers started writing them songs around this " we are better than everyone because we have more streams" narrative.

As an Indian stay, im so hurt right now. I know this happened a long time ago, but it happened, and I just found out about it since I only became a stay some time ago. Stray kids are my ult group, and I don’t want to unstan them. I just really want an apology, an apology that’s directed mainly to us, and an apology that is genuine. I want to know they actually care about us south Asian stays. I really expected more from Chan, Felix, and Jisung since they all grew up in such diverse countries, and the even if the rest of the members grew up in Korea, they’re ADULTS and they should really know better. Skz are like my comfort people, and I’m honestly so so sad right now. It makes me so mad that they literally understand the lyrics and they knew the horrible things that they were saying. They were also funnily dancing to it and mocking us? That’s so fucked up. Do they even realise that they have south Asian fans? Do they realise we have feelings? I remember when Chan said that he would protect each and every stay, and I thought he meant it and I thought he cared about ALL stays. Now I realise I was stupid to think that. I feel so betrayed, and the fact that they sang it so proudly too 😕 can anyone tell me if they’ve apologised or something bc I honestly hope they have. I used to be an Atiny as well, Fever part one is when i stopped liking their music. I tried but in the end the fandom pushed me over the edge and i ended up unstanning.

I can see that they dont alway show their best energy and they should be more passionate because they are worldstars but they cant be perfect 24/7. I'm defending them because I went to their concert and it was the best concert of my life 😂 and I have been to other concerts, I clearly saw them giving AMAZING stage presence and heard them singing LIVE from afar, ofc they will lipsync a few words maybe when dancing to chorus but every idol does that. I saw no mistakes or laziness, its rare to catch that when you're actually present...I mean there are a few clips but that doesnt represent a 2 hour concert in 66 different performances. ☠️

tbh I kinda understand I went to their la encore concert and it was very fun memory for me I think the reason was they didn't perform or do any comebacks for 2 year and they was rushed to do comeback and concert their recent was very okay like I even watched their full Seoul finale concert so I think the reason is their hiatus
